Day 29 -- It was raining, and I really, really wanted to run so . . .

It's a Friday but I am off today, my husband is home and was here to stay with the kids. And I really, really wanted to run. But it was raining out. So I did a four-mile run in the rain but wasn't willing to risk soaking and killing my Slim Belly. So I did my cardio WITHOUT my Slim Belly on.

Oh well.

And today was the official debut of Slim Belly System in the U.S. and Canada at canfitpro. This photo shows my friends, Molly and Frank Napolitano, at their expo booth at this Canadian Fitness Professionals annual event. Molly is, of course, the girl in the picture. Frank, her husband, is the guy on the right. I have no clue who the other two people are but they look nice enough and fit, right?  :)

I am pretty excited for them and am waiting to hear how things went at the trade show.
